TAI CHI: Moving for Better Balance (Michelle Dewey): Originating from Chinese martial art, Tai Chi utilizes a series of gentle, flowing movements that emphasize body alignment, coordination, and shifting body weight. If you want better balance, greater strength, and reduced risk of falls, try Tai Chi.
STRETCHING AND BASIC STRENGTH (Bonnie Moses): Have mobility issues or need guidance for stretching and strength exercise? This is a great class to help improve range of motion, strength, and overall quality of life in a safe and guided class.
