ABS (Karah Perdue): A challenge for the entire core — Abdominals, obliques and low back.  This class will help you get that toned and tight tummy your are looking for.

BOOT CAMP (Andrea Way): The ultimate fitness challenge — this is high intensity training for the total body conditioning! Class will be held at various indoor and outdoor locations.  Come ready to work hard; leave with nothing left to give.

SPIN CYCLING (Shar Most): Get off the treadmill and try a little cross training on our specialized spin bikes.  This is a great class to burn calories, build cardiovascular stamina, and tone your lower body…and in a low-impact workout.  Come take a ride with us!

YOGA (Mike Eickhoff): Challenging, yet restorative — this class integrates body and mind through poses that focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.  Every class ends with some time for relaxation.  Slow down, take a breath, and enjoy.

TAI CHI: Moving for Better Balance (Michelle Dewey): Originating from Chinese martial art, Tai Chi utilizes a series of gentle, flowing movements that emphasize body alignment, coordination and shifting body weight.  If you want better balance, greater strength, and reduced risk of falls, try Tai Chi.
