ABS (Karah Perdue): A challenge for the entire core — Abdominals, obliques and low back.  This class will help you get that toned and tight tummy your are looking for.

BOOT CAMP (Robert Klingsporn): Specialized and Challenging — More than just sweating, we work on mobility and the “why” to not only challenge you, but also teach you to minimize injury and maximize fitness.  Don’t worry, we will also sweat!

YOGA (Andrea Bunyard): Challenging, yet restorative — this class integrates body and mind through poses that focus on strength, flexibility, and body awareness.  Every class ends with some time for relaxation.  Slow down, take a breath, and enjoy.

TAI CHI: Moving for Better Balance (Michelle Dewey): Originating from Chinese martial art, Tai Chi utilizes a series of gentle, flowing movements that emphasize body alignment, coordination and shifting body weight.  If you want better balance, greater strength, and reduced risk of falls, try Tai Chi.
